VTC quick-release fastening systems consist of suction cups which must be applied to a clean, flat, smooth surface (metal, plastic, etc.). Type VTC15D suction pads are designed to fit onto hoppers, containers and small silos.

To set up, place the VTC attachment on the part to be vibrated and open the small air valve for suction. Depending on the application, you’ll need to choose the right vibrator. Prefer unidirectional vibration with a VPA series silent pneumatic piston vibrator series silent pneumatic piston vibrators for cleaning hoppers or forming vaults. Prefer omnidirectional vibration with a pneumatic vibrator with VT turbine pneumatic turbine vibrator for silo discharge or emptying.
